GATED COMMUNITY AND 24 HOUR MANNED SECURITY
San Michele is a gated community with round the clock 24 hour manned security. Residents have access through an automated vehicle entry lane, while all guests are required to be checked in through the guardhouse. Latest technology is employed so that residents can maintain their temporary and permanent guest list through a mobile application or online, making for an efficient process, while always being notified that their guests have arrived.
CLUBHOUSE
Enjoy the views of our main lake under the shade of the patio of the clubhouse. Young residents also enjoy fishing in our community lakes.
FITNESS CENTER
A well equipped fitness center available to all residents, including multiple treadmills and ellipticals with individual television monitors for each unit, as well as free weights and various other fitness equipment. Access to the fitness center and clubhouse is also secured.
HAR-TRU GREEN CLAY TENNIS COURTS
Residents get to enjoy and use our HAR-TRU green clay tennis courts. HAR-TRU courts are 10–15 degrees cooler to play on than a hard court and are easier on the body and reduces the incidence of common tennis injuries to the lower extremities.

Come and relax at the San Michele Clubhouse. The clubhouse is also available to residents to rent for personal functions.

San Michele is setup with natural gas utility service from Teco Peoples Gas. Use natural gas for hot water, cooking, and clothes drying as well as everyday luxuries like spa and pool heating, all while saving energy costs. Natural gas is efficient, reliable, safe, carbon-friendly and economical.​
